My boyfriend is currently looking for a house-mate, so I thought I'd spread the word to you lovely brisneylanders.
$100 per week room available in an old Queenslander in Enoggera. It's upstairs and measures 310x285cm. There is a built-in wardrobe and enough room to fit a queen-size bed and desk.
The house is a 4-bedroom 1-bathroom Queenslander with enough room for your car (lock-up garage).
- 5 minutes to Gaythorne Train Station (Ferny Grove line)
- 1 minute to bus stop (390 Bus Route; Brookside to City)
- 2 minutes to shops
You will be sharing with three 20-30 year olds; two students and one full-time worker.
