Really really really need to get someone on our new lease pretty much today as the current lease ends Thurs 27 Aug 2009.

Rent $133.33 (to be exact) per week
Bond is $533.00
1 unfurnished room - huge mirrored double doored cupboard - big enough for 2 people really. Huge.
Your own balcony - yay!
Access to main bathroom w/bath
Intercom
Washing machine, dryer & dishwasher & popcorn maker ; )
Your own fridge
Lockable garage not being used apart from storage
Around the corner from the Regatta
5 mins walk to train (Auchenflower/Toowong) & bus stop
5 mins walk to Toowong Village. Sweet.
New lease is going to be 10mths from 1 Sept 09. Rental is through Place West Rentals, you would need to make an application seperately to them but that should be pretty easy, just the standard ID and a form. Room can only be for 1 person (we have tried 2) - lease will be for 3 people in total.
