It was a good day to begin with.
I made an appointment with my doctor, I was with my aunt all afternoon, I bought Pete a few more things for Valentines day, and I got myself two really cute shirts.
I'd say it was good... Until I got home.
I went downstairs and checked my email; the usual Facebook messages, a couple of statements made by the Prime Minister... and then BLAM dead centre... AUDIENCE
Immediately I flipped out. I opened the email and I have FOUR TICKETS TO THE COLBERT REPORT ON MARCH 22ND!!!!! HOLY FRICKEN CRAP. Could life get any better. Well yes it could and it does... Pete comes home next week.
Anyway, Pete, Ang, Mike and I are going to go. It will probably be the best double date ever. And I also want Holly to come with us. You should bring Travis. So while we're in the studio you guys can go look for Bowie's house or something. Or visit the store from hell! aka. The best store in the world. I wish I could have got five tickets... but the limit was four.
I'm so excited. I'll get to witness The Word first hand. Maybe Better Know A District.. or Who's Riding My Coat Tails Now? Or maybe even a "We Did It!" balloons and everything!!!! Hopefully the satellite feed to the Daily Show will be working that night. Maybe even a fourth Green Screen Challenge! Or updates on Stephen Jr.!!!!! Maybe even all of them! I can dream.
