Wallpaper
Yesterday we went into the city with my mother to look at wallpaper for redecorating the bedroom. (When half the upper floor is in disarray and needs putting back together we thought one might as well take the chance and rip out the wall-to-wall carpeting that has been there since the 70s that we have been discussing the removal of since we moved into this house 5 years ago... and then put in some new wallpapaer too, as a bonus.)
On the way in mom had to stop by a store to go in and discuss store things with a fellow store owner... we stayed in the car, got bored, and Kai took the following pics of me.
As you can see my hair is repurpled, yay!

In the end we really fell in love with this wallpaper.
And yes... it's a bit... intense... we're probably just going to put it in the corner around the bed. and then have the rest of the room... just shiny metallic turquoise >_<
(At least we're not planning on moving out anytime soon... I imagine it'd couse quite a few new tenants/owners to go "WTF?")
