Le sigh
Supernatural in on TV, but I've already seen the ep (go Tricksters) so I've been pouting a bit. See, while I was in England I went to a Smallville convention hosted by Rogue Events. Right now I can almost regret having left the UK, because back at that first con I could have got cheapo tickets for the event held this weekend, Asylum. A Supernatural/Smallville con. No, there was no shirtless Tom Welling but there was Jensen Ackles and Allison Mack and other things to make my inner fangirl go bounce.
Blogsearch is producing some great recounts of the con, even if the words "squee" and "omfg" and "*insert actor* is SO hot" are used way too often. Best though is the story about some crazed fangirl jumping off the stairs onto Jensen (Dean in Supernatural), then wrapping her arms and legs around him before trying for a snog. Plus there were many Con dances - the Macarena and so on... incase anyone didn't believe me about those happening.

_sin_attract (here). You can also see the crap mall in Conventry and perhaps understand why it would really take someone like Tom or Jensen to pursuade a sane person to head to that part of England. Not that I didn't try very hard to encourage Miss Penny to go for me :)
