this is a stick up...
I can't hang like I used to.
whether I'm old or just too fat....jumping around in the pit last night was just really rough on me.
saw Hit The Lights, A Loss For Words, With The Punches, and State Champs.
It really was an awesome show.

watching Colin sing the old songs was fuckin awesome.
switching off between him and Nick wasn't weird either.
both had a great time and both sounded great.
I was just shot afterwards...well, and during HTL.
granted they played a really long set. just jumping around and singing, killed me.
really liked Mexicali.
I wish every show was there. well, most every.
quick and easy to get to (by car)
way faster than getting down to Starland, or even School of Rock.
hung with Gorman, got to watch Steve play drums for HTL, and watched the WTP boys tear it up.
bought their limited vinyl, only $10, why not.
dropped Paddy's car off at his place and then skated home.
grabbed Tony and we went down the street to see the 12:30 showing of The Hobbit.
pretty awesome. 48fps looked good. I'm just used to it from watching stuff off of AppleTV.
Did a good job with the storyline.
maybe went a little overboard with the SGI....like, the main Orc was all computer, even for the close ups...why not spend the time and just do some old school movie magic makeup.
but other than that, I liked it alot.
anything along those lines I'm gonna like.

wasted my day away today.
how people sleep for 8 hours every night blows my mind.
I've done it twice this week...each time feeling like I got beat up when I woke up.
and then the next night I sleep for like 2 or 3 hours and wake up feeling awesome.
so I don't know what is up with that.
maybe just a nice night of videogames to come.
Lisa might come down later later, but she'll be out without 20 minutes of showing up here anyway.
videogames always win out over playing guitar.
Stupid.
but alright, I should prolly finish eating my dinner, stopped to post cause it was on my mind. trying to do more of that.
