better off out on a Tuesday night...
standing in the back of the room at Valentines in Albany right now.
it was so long ago that I was here seeing The Movielife and Brand New.
Count The Stars opened...that was the first time I'd ever heard of them.
It was just and epic day.
driving over 100mph to get up here in time.
just everything.
and then later that year seeing Punchline and Fall Out Boy play here on Christmas Eve.
this place is a dump. it's perfect.
this is how every club should look.
this is how shows should be.
Manoverboard is on stage right now.
Handguns played before them...True Things, State Champs, I Was Your Hero before them.
it's been a really good show.
I can't believe that Lisa lived around the corner. it took less than 5 minutes to walk here.
I also can't believe that the girl standing in front of me is about 4'8....
but that's getting off topic.
I like this place.
for the memories, and for tonight.
I also like ice cream.
