the city is basically already shut down.
NYC transit is shut down. the only other time that it's been forced to do that citywide, Sept 11, 2001.
lower Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn have been evacuated. if you don't leave, you get arrested.

city streets were a mear shadow of how they normally are this morning when i saw Lisa off to the bus in Herald Square.
but oh yeah....Outback is gonna be open.

no one is gonna come in. and if they do....why are we gonna have to be there to serve them.
