So, the Bourne Ultimatum is a big hit at my theatre. Yes, even bigger than the Harry Potter movie. Why? Because Producer Frank Marshall at one time resided in Boise and since the first film, has done special premieres here. Matt Damon came to Boise for the sequel a few years back, strolling downtown and saying hello to fans. He and Marshall came back for the new film; this time he brought his entire family. I know...blahblah about celebrities...but few ever come to Boise, so it's quite admirable when they manage to focus their attention on such a small town. More than anything, I would've liked to attend the premiere and reception last Monday (which was quite expensive), but it sold out. I wonder if they discussed the making of the film after the screening...as an aspiring filmmaker, I wish I could've been there. Unfortunately, my manager decided not to have a private screening, so I have to wait another two weeks to see it. I love the Bourne movies...

I think my manager is a bit pissed off that I've asked for so much time off the next couple of weeks. But hey, what can I do? It was necessary. I'm going to have a very busy month...but it'll definitely be a good month. :)

My house is mostly clean now, but I still feel like there's a million more things to do...

work, movie theatre
