Bell Sympatico is full of shit
So Robin found us a greast deal for when we move to Montreal at the end of the month. We'll be getting phone, internet and cable through Bell for about $60/month for the first few months, then regular price will be about 3/4 of what we're paying right now. He made all the arrangements: we'd be disconnected here on June 30th, then set up in Montreal on July 2.
However, Bell disconnected our Sympatico internet today. When I called to find out what's what and correct this little fuckup, they told us that there were no technicians since it was after 5pm (incidentally, the internet disconnected at 5pm EXACTLY), and that they wouldn't be able to reconnect us until a serviceman came to our area in person in 24-48 hours.
After much bitching and cursing on my part, they then proved they were lying by having it reconnected with the push of a button.
Gee, I can't wait to see how much b.s. they put us through on the other end of this trip.
