I am freaking done shopping after just over an hour and a half. I bought for my cousin, parents, sister, and Becca. I dominated the Avon stores. I was so proud of my efficient and thoughtful gifts. I had to call Alex for consultation on Becca's gift but I think I came through in the end. But seriously, an hour and a half. Major hype for the day. I was a gym/health teacher today and got out of school at like 1:15. It was cool.
Radio Disney. It's really funny how they tear apart some songs on there. I like how they so carefully can change "ass" to "butt" and it makes no rhyme sense whatsoever. Great planning, Mickey Mouse. As I was engulfing myself in the musical celebration that is Radio Disney, the "Cha Cha Slide" came upon the radio and I had an epiphany. What a great idea? A song that actually teaches you the moves and feet placement. Why are there not more songs around like this? What other songs has this artist put out? Why is this the only fast tempo song I can actually move to? These are the many questions that I drown myself in. Really deep, meaning of life questions.
Can I seriously ask for an air high five from someone for the level of excellence achieved by my shopping conquest? I totally had no ideas for any gifts either. I just got into Best Buy, my first store, and let my Spider Sense take me. I was in and out of there lickety split. Hype it.
Crap. My mom just walked in and told me that I need to take back my gifts for my cousin because A) he has no Playstation2 and B) he doesnt need the SWEET thick socks I bought him. What a load of mularky. Ok, so tomorrow I need to return a video game to Best Buy and then socks to Dick's and proceed to Danville to get him some gift card he supposedly needs. What ever happened to gifts from the heart?
