My Escape
So I decided to be hardcore over Thanksgiving break and work a bunch on school stuff and it is semi paying off. Tonight is the first night where I don't really have anything urgent of the week. My sister is graduating from college in a couple weeks and she is going to stay here to teach instead of go to Florida. Saturday we have that Crown thing at Avon HS. I have decided that I am going to put off the remainder of my Christmas shopping (parents, Megan, Becca) for the week before Christmas. Maybe not a wise decision, but a decision nonetheless. I really like going to the mall around Christmas time and there is an entire week after I get out of school until Christmas, which is a major plus.
I tried to run today and I about died after like 15 minutes. It was really depressing. I thought I was going to throw up a lung. Yowza. I am officially signed up for 20 credit hours next semester. No, I am not trying to graduate early... I am really just trying to graduate in 4 years. Yay Butler University! It probably won't be so bad because I am not going to (really) have a job during school next semester. I had 19 this semester and did the marching band deal. 8 AM classes across the board. That's the only way I roll this year. On a side note, it's kind of cool when the stuff you do in your classes is something you can actually use after you are done with the course. And to footnote that side note, I am really looking forward to seeing everybody over Christmas break. Hopefully a lot of hangout time with the graduates. I have an entire month off for break. How awesome is that? Hype it.
