just got my first stomp box today. went to the arts, got a boss od-3. in retrospect, the odb-3 (bass overdrive) might have been better, but i didn't even know it existed.
there's not a lot of selection of bass guitar effects. i think the only actual bass stomp box they had there was a synth-wah something. the one i got sounds good, but it has a lot of high end. $125 + tax. good times.
