Eri's newest "trick"
We are not amused.
Eri's lack of rear end coordination/collection has progressed into a 'fun' new behavior. Instead of collecting and slowing when he returns to me at full tilt, he turns sideways into me mid-leap and broadsides me in the knee or thigh with his shoulder. I think this is his version of how to stop himself.
Needless to say the toll on my knees and back is quite high.
He weighed 46 lbs on Saturday. At least he's slowing down a bit on the growth curve. He's about where Brin was at the same age. I am beginning to hop that he'll stay toward the 21" end of the standard after all, but I'm not holding my breath.
