villians vs victims

Minor note :: I'm having some things published here about what exactly Tori Amos has ment to me and would like to envite anyone who wants to share to send something in to. The Authors email info is on the page.

Anyway ::
I have to go back to work tonight. *sigh*
That means I get to solidify in everyones mind that yes I really am a crazy bitch.
See I kind of lost my cool over this one student on Monday so I walked the fuck out. My shift was over, I had punched out but still I left the situation unresolved and walked. My supervisor had to follow me into the parking lot which lead to a 15 minute show of feelings and being a female when we get really irritated and upset we cry, so there was plenty of crying.

Deliquent minors will always be disrespectful and down right scandelous - especually when they are females, black inner-city females (and we all know I'm no where near racist but there is a difference). However I am really tired of 1. no one doing anything about it and 2. certain coworkers joining in. I've told numerous people many times, you can call me anything under the sun and it isn't going to effect me. In fact, if you can think up a new name or new shit that I haven't heard in 29yrs I may just give you a round of applause. But when supervisors do nothing to stop their behavior it just continues and sooner or later they (the kids) are going to do something stupid because they wouldn't be in placement if they was smart. It is very apparent that we are on different teams and when you co-workers will throw you under the bus infront of them there is no way to win. THAT is what really pissed me off and got to me. The lack of respect from my co-workers and it is all because they don't want to be the bad guys. They don't want to actually do their jobs. However, I would rather be the bad guy all day long because that means you are the vicitm and I am not. I'd rather be the villian than the victim any day.

I've yet decided what cards I'll play so ....

Who knows?
