today was a good day of randomness.
after getting a slow start on the day konstantin and i went to baltimore to pick up amanda and we ventured into the city. first we went to reptillian records and i added to my vinyl collection. i got a behind enemy lines 12" and a jon cougar concentration camp 12" as well as another jon cougar concentration camp 7"
next we attempted to go to red emmas but parking was such a bitch that after circling blocks for 10 minutes i got distracted and began following signs for orioles parking and we decided to go to the orioles game. we saw a three run home and two solo homers and left after the sixth inning because we had tickets to go see terror at the ottobar.
we got there right before remembering never went on and i liked them more than i thought i would but really only like 3 songs. crazy fucking show. the place was crazy when terror went on. they were filming a lot. one guy had two pro cameras. hopefully thats dvd footage and i will be on it doing flips off stage and whatnot. i could be on their dvd just like how anthony sean and i will definitely be on the pageninetynine dvd if it ever gets finished (we were on stage when it collapsed at the final show and there were a thousand and seven cameras there).
but uhm i did one too many flips tonight and paid the price. last song i flipped over everyone and landed flat on my back on the floor. i have a very sore neck and my lower back has two giant lumps. one is the size of my fist. also my shins are all torn up and my elbow has a nice cut on it and my nose has the tinyest cut on the bridge. overall it was a much better show than i expected and it was one of the first times i didnt mind a heavy security presence (ottobar like never has security but they did tonight) there were two big fights (lame). but security only did anything then they let people dance, stage dive and have fun. thats the reason ottobar is one of the best clubs. fuck that shit like 930 club (dc) and the chameleon (lancaster, pa).
