They are rangers with the Parks Service, reporters for the Associated Press, graduate students at NYU and UCLA and Northwestern, and licensed drivers in a half dozen states.
And at the very bottom of the box, there is an elaborately designed card identifying "Dean Discretion Winchester" as an Authorized Bikini Inspector.
