hellovoltage - Marinated (lemon juice, pepper, fajita seasoning spice) portabello
mushroom "beef" fajitas fried on high heat in extra v. olive oil
- Morning Star Farms Chick'n Strips (also seasoned with fajita seasoning
spice) red and green pepper, yellow onion stir fried on extra v. olive
oil. You'll want to do these in seperate pans or at least do the
mushrooms last because the mushrooms emit a dark black liquid
that has to be cooked down at higher heat than the veggies. I'm sure
I dont have to tell you that veggies liquify when sliced and fried too
long.
- Whole beans with frozen Cascadian Farms organic spinach (my friend Sarah
from Seattle's dad actually used to own that company before he lead the
company into a merger with a larger organic distributor and got out of
the farming/organics business).
- AND OH YES HE DO. He freezes the little salsa cups from Delicious Mexican
Eatery and uses them later. It makes me feel less guilty about eating
out. Waste not, want not.... and what not.
oh and YES that tortilla is green.

(I like how "tortilla" and "burrito" aren't good enough words for whitey, and they are now refered to plurally as wraps)
In other news... my grandma is very sick in the hospital and the doctors are in that weird stage where they go back and forth saying that it doesnt look good, then the next day say we have lots of reasons to be optimistic. *Sigh* I love her so much and will miss her whenever her time comes. I just needed to say that.
