I remember now why I hate being in charge
It's firing people.... seriously, that is the worst downside of being an admin... having to disciplin or fire people, in the last two weeks I have spent more time acting like a babysitter then I have getting work done... why can't people just act like adults and treat this like any other job?
*Sighs* Either way I am going to consult with other people next monday or so before I make any decisions... nothing to make you feel more like a douch then having to fire a couple people... some of which I have known for a couple years... already had to demote one person and disciplin two others.... off too a great start
The one good thing about it is I am still way ahead of succabus in sucessfull projects, two years later it seems I was right she still can't get her's off the ground... I guess thats what happens when your a chronic liar and try taking credit for other peeps work, I know its bad but I get a great deal of satisfaction from that womans failure.
