Umm...why do you have so much sheep cheese?

We bought two different kinds at the farmer's market on Saturday. It wasn't a ton of either; the cheese was just kind of expensive.

Me too! Sean and I were expecting to ADORE sheep cheese, but it doesn't taste the same AT ALL. It tastes really milky and fatty. Like bad milk and Crisco had a love child.
