That many people living together and sharing facilities - there's bound to be problems like that.. frankly, you're lucky if you've not really encountered any like that sooner
( ... )
Actually, that's the thing that's annoying me the most: the landlord isn't simply enforcing 'the rules' more strictly, he's dictating brand new ones.
I was never told, at any point, that there was a restriction against using a bathroom on a different floor (I use the one downstairs from time to time for various reasons). Nor was I told that I could only invite a person over two or three times a week (tops). (Inviting many people over, sure; people staying over night is in the contract)
Living on my own won't quite double my rent, but I can afford it. I'd prefer not to, at this juncture, but I'm not living with arbitrary rules that are being introduced because some loser who just moved in has a bug up his ass about who uses which bathroom. That's ridiculous.

As of last week, I am now restricted regarding whom I can have over to 2-3 times per week. This is new. I did not agree to this when I moved in.
This rule did not exist until Takuma moved downstairs, and some whiny child complained to the landlord.

I don't think I'll be able to get a place for the start of September in the next 3 days, so I suspect I'll have a month of double-rent (again).
I hate moving.
