Unfortunately I pretty much have to stick it out.

With regards the case-study, I have a way out. The prof (in order to avoid the 'free-rider' problem) is requiring us to note which part of the group-project we each did. Then we anonymously rate our group members. If someone is consistently low-rated in a group, the whole group is rated based on the sections that they did, not the over-all piece.

I'm going to gauge what they write, offer suggestions (there's at least one guy who I suspect is going to completely ignore what we've been taught so far in favour of a "business can do whatever the hell it wants" bias), and then decide what I want to do based on how they react to it.

Basically: if a group project in a Business Ethics class lacks a (mildly) rigorous Ethics analysis, the project will get a crappy grade. I don't understand how they don't understand that.

As for the class as a whole: well, I can just withdraw. I really don't want to, as it's a relatively easy B for me. Should I decide to go for a degree in Philosophy (and dump this Engineering idea), this will be credit towards that.

Meh.

It's only once a week, for 3 hours. I'll live. ;)
