It has been 20 days since my last update.
I am sure that you -- my teammates, friends, and adoring fans -- would all like to know what I have been up to in those 20 days. Under ordinary circumstances I would be sworn to secrecy, but I think that these are very different circumstances indeed.
There is something that you all must know about me.
Something terrifying, nay, earth-shattering. Something which would change your very opinion of the way that you have perceived me all this time. And I am about to tell you.
I am a secret agent.
I have been investigating a matter which is a matter of national security, if not world security. If the right people found out about this they might have me executed. For the past 20 days I have been following this case, keeping a close watch on my suspects, on their homes and their schedules. There are certain people, people that you may know, who are not as they appear to be. You see ... we have been invaded by aliens. They are already here. And I am the only man who can stop them from taking over our entire planet.
How do you tell someone is an alien? I know. I have been given a specific set of details that show how an alien is different from a normal human being. And there are people here who fit those details. People that you know. People that you talk to every single day. And it won't be long before they spread their alien virus to you, in effect turning you into one of them. That's how they breed, after all. No one is safe. No one except me, because I have the antidote to the alien virus. It was given to me by my superiors, I can't tell you who they are, but they are, in fact, quite superior. They have made the antidote from the blood of a captured specimen. It is up to me to continue to capture specimens and deliver them to the government, and it is up to me to distribute the antidote.
I do not know how to get the antidote to everyone. That is a task that I have been charged with. I will keep you all informed as to my activity on this case, but be warned that it may be another 20 days before I am able to update again. Who knows what could happen in that time ... they could even take over me.
