I spent Christmas with my Brother and his children. The absents of my SIL was every where even when we went to visit extended family. She left money for her kids for the Christmas after she passed. My brother handed it out to them at the breakfast table stateing this is from your Mother. Needless to say we all wiped a tear from our eyes.
The hubby did not go with me. I am distressed that he sees no need to be with me during the holidays. The hubby has had several sad Christmases in his past but my campain is that he could let go of the past....
