So awesome! I love the twist about the Colt being made to save Dean, and how it ties into the canon history about the gun. And woo, they get to be cowboys! Thank you for writing.

There can never be too many excuses to turn them into cowboys, put them in leather, and stick them on horses, can there?

Thank you! Wow, got you to read Gen, did I? ;D The plot on this one I can really only take half credit for. Because I thought I was done, and then whisper99 told me that I'd left out half the story, so I had to go back and write the rest.

GAH! I can't believe I missed this one. Well, I do love me some Winchester boy's on horseback and love'm more if Dean gets shot, so this just hit me in all the right places. Oh, and the art? *drool* Yessireeeee...

Now, if Sera Gamble would just piece together THIS story into an episode (well, not exactly THIS since it's set season2), she'd win my heart forever, and ever. Amen.

Excellently told tale, and I'm just sorry there aren't more comments here to tell you that. There really should be. Lots more.

Bitten, bruised and bleeding Dean, in leather, on a horse. It kinda hits me, too. :)

I'd love to see them ride horses on the show. I'd even be willing to forgo the leather, if she'd just put them on horseback one time.
