Yes, this is in relation to the current ongoing goings-on, but not about the story itself (which has been removed, btw). This is about the absolute idiocy of some of the people talking about it.

Sometimes, sf_d "gets it." There are a few people in that thread (like the OP) who obviously do. And they're smacking the idiots around. But damn it. I thought snark comms were supposed to be intelligent.

Then again, I don't know why I thought that. God knows I'm a member of enough of them that I should have figured that out by now.

PS - I really need to watch that movie.
