Yeah, okay, so I'm not the only one doing it, but DAMN!
ZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMG!
I was fully prepared for Ziva to shoot Tony in the arm to save his life.
I was fully prepared for Tony to get shot *this* week.
I was fully prepared for Ziva to see Michael trying to kill Tony, and kill Michael to save Tony's life.
I was *not* prepared for Michael to snap Tony's arm in half, complete with snapping bone sounds.
I was *not* prepared for Michael to pull a big piece of glass out of his own side and try to stab Tony with it.
I was *not* prepared for Tony to shoot Michael repeatedly (what was it? Three, four times?)
I was most definitely *not* prepared for Ziva to see *none* of it!
And now they're making Tony go to Israel with Rivkin's body... to do what, exactly? Answer charges? Stand trial?
I do *not* like the look on Gibbs' face when Tony's telling him what happened - is it just me, or does Gibbs look like he doesn't believe him? WTF? The whole reason Tony was there was because he was following Gibbs' lead, believing that Gibbs was as worried as he was, and staying on Rivkin's trail. And when Rivkin's trail leads back to both the dead ICE agent *and* the dead terrorist in Ducky's morgue? And when everything Tony says (with the exception of the fight, and my GOD, his *arm* is broken! He would *not* make this shit up!) can be backed up by Abby?
Gibbs had better fucking believe him, that's all I gotta say on that.
And damn, if it's Ziva that Eli is ordering to "finish what Rivkin started"? WTF again? Why the hell does Eli David give a damn if Tony lives or dies? Or, more specifically, why the hell does Eli David want Tony dead?
Gibbs! Pay attention, Gibbs! Ziva's daddy wants your boy dead! Are you gonna let him get away with that?! Come on!!!
And the gunshot? The promo was cut to make it look like his chest, but according to Cote de Pablo's interview with Entertainment Weekly...

It's Ziva that shoots Tony, but she doesn't shoot him in the chest. She shoots him in the knee. Maybe. In one part of the interview, she says she *does* shoot him, and in another part of the same interview, she says she *almost* shoots him.
Yes, that would be a life-changing injury. The possibility of bleeding to death before help could get to him (especially in a country where so many people apparently *want* him dead for one reason or another... maybe because their daughters are in love with him, and Daddy just can't abide his beloved little soldier "dirtying" herself with that stupid American?) is very real, major surgery *would* be required to save his life, and at the very least, he'd spend the next six months or so in a wheelchair.
There would be the potential that he would never walk again, let alone return to active duty in any capacity. He's already got scarred lungs; throw in an injury like that? It would take a miracle (or at least some very tricky writers) to save both his life *and* his career.
But... that's what she said. So until next Tuesday, I'm going to be going absolutely insane thinking that's what's going to happen.
