I just signed my lease to live with Michelle and Jessica. Think “Three's Company: 2006.” Except nobody will be laughing. Just kidding. It didn't work out with Sarah and Lauren, but the latter may live with Jessica and I second semester. I would love to live with her so much! The rent is $389 a month for ten months and all utilities (except electric) are included. The location rocks! It's right across the block from campus. In addition, we will be the first tenants to live in our newly renovated apartment. It's so spacious and homey. I signed and initialed a shitload of papers and gave them my security deposit and application fee in check form, which totaled $160. Payments begin April of 2006. Will someone be so kind to remind me?
Rachel and Moy came this weekend. I'm glad Rachel wants to come here eventually. We had a good time getting super trashed at parties Thursday and Friday nights. They left Saturday afternoon to go to Moy's Wesleyan party. I stayed here and went to a foam party with Lauren at the TKE house. I saw a lot of Manchester 14 people there. Rocky and Moy were really awesome guests and dealt really well with “finding party frustrations.” Rachel smoked quite a bit. I'm secretly proud of her. She was hoarding beers at the frat Friday night. Every time I brushed up against her Beth-knit purse I felt one or two cold cans hidden inside.
My teeth whitening strips are almost out of supply. I wonder if they are actually working this time. I think my teeth are becoming sensitive because of them. Maybe I should stop.
Matthew enjoys solving my Wheel of Fortune bonus round puzzles I display on our dry erase board. It's a weird and fun way to get us to socialize. He sucks at it pretty badly. It's fun to watch him stare at the puzzle for like five minutes straight and not figure it out. I also got a picture of him today so you can all see him in all his hideousness. Rachel greeted him by obnoxiously and haphazardly throwing her arms around him. He stiffened like a mother fucking board when she did that. Seeing his terrified face was absolutely priceless. I'm glad that happened.
There's no other news from me. I really thought I'd have something to say after not officially updating for a week and a half. Guess not.
Here is the most recent puzzle that he still cannot figure out:
THING
_ U _ E
RSTLNE DHMA
I'll end the suspense by posting the solution next time. Rachel and Lauren figured it out instantaneously. Well, Rachel did at least. Lauren's a bit…special.
