People are becoming way too loose with the word "art." I'm really tired of how people do these incredibly stupid things and call it "art." Just because you're a bloodthirsty sadist or just batshit insane and do something against the "norm," that doesn't make it "art." It doesn't even make you particularly creative.

Someone starving a dog to death and calling themselves an artist is like someone smashing a calculator against a wall and calling themselves a mathematician. People are so stupid.

Like oh don't get me started on that Duchamp *shakes fist* I remember talking about this one guy in my Art 1B class that did this exhibit where he just lied in bed naked and masturbated like, all day. or maybe he was under people doing this? either way, not art. *shakes head*
