Sucky friend, I is it.
Lately I've sucked harder than ever as a friend. In may, my friend Karin went on vacation with her first girlfriend. And I STILL haven't called her. Don't know why. It doesn't matter why, the result is the same.
Not going to make excuses, but writing cards to her and my other offline friend to say I'm sorry. Without giving reason, just the sorry part.
I'm one of those people that you don't hear from FOREVER. But when you call, I'm there 100%. Completely NOT out of sight out of mind. My friends are always on my mind in one way or another, but I forget to show them that.
So that's what I'll be doing this week. This is trying to not call in sick.
