Brief Update
* Spoke with candledamachine the other day...she is doing very well, which is a blessing, and shared some news which had the effect of indifference on her but brought me great rejoicing. Hoorah!!
* Had my first Brownie Scout meeting, where out of the 10 girls that had RSVP'd, 3 actually showed up. One of them was Lorelei. LOL! You might think I was disappointed by this, but you'd be wrong. I was thrilled. It was a small, easy to work with group, we have our plans for the year (soft plans), and we ate homemade, melt in your mouth, butter cookies. It was all good.
* I know you want the recipe. You can't have it. HAH!!
* Yes, it is a better recipe than any other recipe you have ever tried in your life. You may be dubious, but that doesn't make it any less true. And my banana bread recipe is teh sex, too. I'm kind of enjoying rediscovering this whole cooking thing.
* NO, that does not mean I am going to begin joining pretentious cooking websites and buying $100.00 knife sets. I'm still me.
* MY EXPANSION SHOULD ARRIVE TODAY!!! *cheers* My expansion that I preordered in August. The expansion that other people walked into Best Buy and bought two days ago. The expansion that had OMG BETTER ARRIVE TODAY PER UPS'S WEBSITE OR SOMEONE WILL DIE!!!!!!!!!! The most exciting part of this expansion is I can download Hillary Duff and torture her mercilessly. MWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
* We're about to get one hell of an ugly lightening storm, if the sky and the grumbles are any indication. *squee!*
* Things at PFB are....going. Not particularly well. The overall picture is good, I think. I've seen people change to work within the guidelines that I didn't expect to be able to and I respect them so much more now. Which is very cool. But the drama level is still set on Code: Red. I hate that.
* I'm thinking of switching to a major in Psychology once I get my associates in May - any opinions on that? I figure those who can't do, teach. Maybe those who aren't sane, counsel. I know, my logic is impeccable. :oP
