I'm starting to wonder if Patchouli is to people what catnip is to cats. Some cats are not catnip reactive...it's a genetic thing. Some cats are hugely catnip reactive...actually, most of them are. Many people seem to actually like Patchouli...I am smelling it again this morning, and I am trying to think of something nice about the smell...but honestly, there's *nothing*. I can't think of a single positive thing about it. It's wretched! I know that people taste Sweet and Low and Nutrasweet differently...to some people (like me), the pink stuff is incredibly bitter and anything containing it is undrinkable. To others, the blue stuff is bitter and undrinkable, but when I drink the blue stuff, I can't tell the difference between it and sugar. So maybe patchouli is the same way.
I don't know...but I don't like it, and it's making me feel bad because now I physically wince every time I see the new girl. Which is horrible, because she's a very nice person, very quiet and professional, and I really like her. I just hate the way she smells!!
In other news, last night Chris tried to salvage his EQ2 time (I need that computer to play Sims 2 and after several months it's my turn, dammit!!!!!!!!) by putting me in front of a lap top with War Craft installed on it. I had no intention of playing a game called "War Craft"...could anything be less me?? Plus, in the first campaign, I was playing an ugly orc. An ORC, for gawd's sake!!! So, anyway, now I'm half way through the human campaign, and I was only up till quarter to midnight. :oD Chris is tricky. But I'm STILL playing Sims 2 tonight!!
And that is all!
PS - Yogurt, golden grahams and Minute Maid fruit punch do not a good breakfast make. Your stomach will hate you. Please just trust me on this one.
