Why am I a stupid?
So I ran into Marcie Champion, a former professor of mine at ACC who adored me and gave me A's in 2 classes (not that I didn't earn them..) who is writing one of my letters of recommendation for applying to Real College next semester. I've been looking at UT and St Edwards most closely. So she asks me "Where are you applying again, Southwestern?"
My brain went WOOOSH.
WHY AM I NOT APPLYING TO SOUTHWESTERN?! It has English and Theatre majors, it's a liberal arts school, and it's not actually IN austin. I imagine gettign to Southwestern being less annoying than gettign downdown for UT.
This is the school that gave me the Tony Kushner Project. And the theatre program isn't exclusive to majors at UT, one of my biggest biggest turnoffs. The tony Kushner Project was one of the most inspiring on-stage experiences I have ever witnessed.
So now I'm researching like mad. the application deadline is the same as UT. I have abotu 3 weeks, but it's not impossible.
I'm sure I thoguht of it at some point.. why did I dismiss it? Why am I a stoopid?
