(no subject)
Sylvia has discovered MGM musicals. She has been content to sit in her highchair for the better part of an hour drinking soymilk and munching on her brunch of finger foods such as little crackers and cheese, a fruit cup, and a gerber cereal bar... while watching An American in Paris while I've been cleaning. Usually when I clean in other rooms she doesn't like to be in her highchair no matter what's on. Makes it totally hard to get much done, 'cause she distracts me and sort of neutralizes my progress. :)
But she's been more than happy to sit in her chair and eat her breakfast without me in sight... so long as Gene Kelly is singing.
So I let her down once she finished eating 'cause leaving her in her chair all morning = bad... and she crawled up onto the blob (big bean bag chair) to continue watching.
Score! *runs off to maximize efficiency before Sylvia loses interest and starts pulling things off shelves*
Edit: Also? Joshua got me a wireless keyboard for my laptop. It's cool, but also irritating 'cause it has a tendency to cut out.. and cause horrible typos. :/
