OH MY GOD. SPN/Psych crossover. I can't. (makes high-pitched sounds of glee) Shawn annoying Dean! Sam and Gus bonding over nerd stuff! This hits me right in my happy place. And you've been playing Spot-The-Supernatural-Guest-Actor, right?

hee, so glad you liked! And yes, Spot-The-Supernatural-Guest-Actor just keeps paying out--we just saw Metatron! I'm happy Omundson was on SPN to turn me on to Psych--it's so good.

I have the care and feeding of several and adore getting them together to discuss hack-labs and the singularity. So cute.

I am actually rather geeky myself, but my geekery is a candle compared to their suns :)

Ah, see, that makes me feel better, as I'm in the same situation with my geeky friends--I like my geek stuff to be sure, but I don't quuuiite fit in because I have so many non-geeky interests. Geek-time is good time, either way.

Ooooo, that was an idea I had.

In Edinburgh we have a science festival every year http://www.sciencefestival.co.uk/. We went to a great talk about creating your own hybrid monster using AI and genetic modification. ANYWAY, I thought it would be awesome if Sam and Dean came over to investigate some professor (either because she/he could help with research or because he/she was suspicious). And Sam could go undercover as an academic and look so sexy and smart in those glasses... And he could totally geek out at all the talks and exhibitions and drive Dean crazy. It would be extra awesome if a small 30-something British woman got to help out :)

Ooh, I love it! THE GLASSES .... I didn't see the ep where they wear nerdy glasses for many months after I read so much about it in fandom, and when I finally did, I was like, "That's it? That's as much as we see of it??" There needs to be MUCH MORE OF SAM AND DEAN IN NERDY GLASSES on this show.
