If you've never had an astral body, or applied magic, etc etc... you may not get this (and if you think it's bullshit I won't fault you either

Have you ever followed up by having a sleep study? You could be have seizures in your sleep and they feel just like an OBE. I'm trying to figure this out myself.
Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but for me, the biggest difference is that with an OBE, I physically feel myself completely separated from my actual body. With a seizure, I still feel tethered to my body and can feel what is happening. In an OBE, I don't know what my body is feeling.

Gosh, well last nights seven episodes I was tethered to my body. But I've had both. Gosh! I've been having them since 1990 heavily, after my husband passed away. I'm totally perplexed trying to figure this all out now. What made me open my eyes about it, was when I woke up with a chipped front tooth. I do remember one instance where I was vibrating so severely I went to a neurologist and had a eeg that showed nothing. But never followed through more. Nowadays, I get them so much more frequently. Sometimes I rise above my body and leave the bedroom, other times, I stay and can move in the bed but there is a presence with me. Recently, when I got the vibrations...I kept my eyes open and can still see the room but it is a bit warped. I came across your blog when I did a search on sleep seizures. I wish I could put it all together.

I've also had OBEs.
There's a difference for me.
