Not too worried. Fuck, it's only pain. Eventually it stops.
I gave myself a lovely day. Went for a very long walk in lieu of trike-riding, rode the metro and walked even more. The pain didn't start until later, after I came home from shopping (Whole Foods and Ulta: at Whole Foods I bought supplements to ease my allergies, and at Ulta I bought Sally Hansen Natural Beauty Eyeshadow Trio palettes in Mountain and Storm and 100 Percent Pure Shower Gels in Strawberry Lemonade, Fuji Apple, and Pineapple -- the sales rep gave me a free watch).
Watered the plants, fed the fish, played with the cats. Attempted to finish washing dishes, migraine got so severe that I went back to the living room and curled up on the couch and waited for Futurama to make me laugh. It helped, a little. I'm aiming for every single episode, day by day. I'm just going to take a shower and go to bed and finish the chores tomorrow. The dishes will still be there.
I took a Soma a few hours ago, to relax as many muscle groups as possible. Unfortunately it didn't really help with the headache. From here on I'm taking supplements, since Soma is the only prescription drug I want to take today.
Currently watching "Leela's Homeworld." The ending always makes me sniffle.
