It doesn't take much to make me happy

The rain storm was fantastic.
Before leaving work, I called Danny to see if he would bring me Adam's paycheck, which would pay September's mortgage. He was carpooling with the other Danny (who he lives with) and wasn't sure if they'd have time to swing by. I started looking up the bus route for their street. After I left work, I found out that the Dannys were on their way to my house anyway, because they didn't want me walking around with pouring rain and lightning.
By the time I got home, however, the rain had stopped. But while it poured, lashed sideways, and hailed, it was glorious.

My dinner was a salad: Romaine, fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, green olives, green beans, grilled chicken bits, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Afterwards, I had some extra fresh mozzarella and didn't feel like putting it back in the Ziploc bag, so I took out the whole wheat bread and made grilled cheese.
My grilled cheese makes other people cringe. I like it supertoasted. I like it terribly blackened. I like the bread so dark that it gives toast nightmares.

Watching Futurama again. Unfortunately, I still could not locate any Bachelor Chow or Slurm to consume while watching. The cereal and milky coffee this morning didn't count.

We do have a can of Brawndo (it's got what plants crave, it's got electrolytes). None of us has opened it. We're just going to keep it, because it's amusing.

(High Priest: Great wall of prophecy, reveal to us God's will, that we may blindly obey!
Other Priests: Free us from thought and responsibility.
High Priest: We shall read things off you!
Other Priests: Then do them.
High Priest: Your words guide us!
Other priests: We're dumb.
