I feel so thankful
Just a quiet little update now. I opened the letters!
I think asking for letters for my birthday was the best thing I've ever thought of. The ones I've got were absolutely beautiful and I think I'll be glowing for some time to come just for having them.
Its amazing how peaceful a letter can be, they're very calming to read.
Perhaps I'll ask different prompt questions for letters next year for whomever might feel like writing -- surprisingly nobody answered them so far! I hope this catches on. I'll totally dance for birthday-letters next year; and happily write a few of my own if people were inclined to ask and give prompts of their own at appropriate intervals. My mom thinks the post office should pay me commission if it does catch on and letters start going all over the place. Its hard to find the time to write them always, but they're so cool to get (and to send -- I refer you to my awesome stamp post as proof).
Ah, I don't even know if I'm explaining this very well. But I'm happy! I know theres a few more things out on adventures so I can't wait to hear what they have to say too, especially after having read these. Thank you.
