Three Timely Things
FKFicFest. We're three days into 
fkficfest/fkficfest 2011, and we've been treated to six new FK stories so far! We've had two gen, three m/f and one m/m. We've visited up close with Nick, Natalie, Lacroix, Janette, Schanke, Stonetree, Grace, Miklos and Briana, and we've seen Tracy, Cohen and more in passing. We've dropped in before "Dark Knight" and swung past "Last Knight," plus intriguing moments between. Please consider reading! (When you have time.) Sherrold. I did not know
sherrold. A lot of people in my corner of fandom are mourning her, and have shown me a little of what I missed. I thank them for sharing some of her with us, so that we all grow a little, even in loss. My sympathies.
FKCommentFic. amilyn has launched the new community fkcommentfic to celebrate FK through very short fanfiction. (Generally, "commentfic" is a story that fits inside a single LJ comment.) The first game will be the "after-party" for FKFicFest 2011. Please consider checking it out.
