So I've managed to piss off an associate at ATL. We were on the floor together and a client brought a pair of earrings to exchange. And I could have sworn we had a policy against returning earrings because of a health factor. So I ran back to ask Heidi and she said to do the exchange, explain the unworn, unwashed policy and then damage out the earrings. When I explained it to Carmen she loudly proclaims, "So we're wasting perfectly good merchandise?" And I said well you know, they might have been worn and personally I wouldn't want to purchase something like that.
So Carmen has a tendency to say 'awesome' a lot. Like Oh my god, so and so didn't do her go-backs. Awesome. And she'd said it several times during this transaction and the client said something like, "Awesome is the word of the day huh?" and Carmen, I swear to God, says, "yeah it replaces son of a mother-"
And I was like, "CARMEN!" And she's like what? What did I do?"
So I went back and told Heidi and she lost her mind and had me send Carmen back. So when she came back, she was like, "Thanks JANE."
I tried to explain to her it wasn't like that, but she wasn't hearing it. I'm pretty easy going, even at work, more so at BB because it's a different clientel. But of course, she wasn't going to hear of it. So I'm like whatever.
I got all my laundry done today. And it was quick, all washers were open and I got in and out. Mom made porkchops which were YUMMY. Teegan tried to make another break for freedom again. I'm getting to the point with her that I'm just going to let her go, since that's what she wants. I was so angry with her that I had to put her in her carrier to keep from breaking her neck. She's crazy and I can't deal with her sometimes.
