"Good Night, and Good Luck" was FREAKIN' AMAZING. Soooooooooooooo so good. Probably the best done and definitely the most intelligent movie I've seen in a very long time. Mad props to George Clooney, who directed and co-wrote (and did an absolutely fantastic job) and had a supporting part as well. David Strathairn (Edward R. Murrow) was excellent (and I agree with Hillary, pretty sexy as well) in his role. I'd love to see him get an Oscar nod for it; he gave a fantastic performance. If you have not seen this film, stop what you are doing and go down to the Warner and see it. It's extremely well done indie fare, it does a fantastic job realistically depicting an important time in our history, it's smart as hell, and it's very relevant to our current political climate.

Prediction: The Oscar races are going to be really tight this year, and this film better be all over them or the Academy is not paying attention.

*sigh* I have hot pants for movie season. Seriously.
