So, I've been thinking lately about how I came to be such a bad person. [EDIT: I don't really think I'm a bad person. Just that my proclivities are not socially acceptable.] Or at least have my own seat reserved in first class on the Special Train to Hell. And then I started thinking of the fandoms that got me into non-con in the first place. There

Also, hooray for discourse on gender issues, violence, deviance, and social control! Dude, just the phrase seeing a man treated as an object of desire, as a sexual plaything is hot. Ewan McGregor is hot. Although I can barely bring myself to rewatch that movie, because so much of it is not at all good. But. It provides a few very slashable characters, so I can forgive it.
As far as being involved in internet fandoms, Heroes is one of the first I've been involved with to this extent. I always came late to the party, even after the show was off the air. It was that way with Oz fandom, for example, so I never got as much chance to squee (or scream in frustration) with my fellow fans as the show was going on. But Heroes is a nice opportunity for that. I loves me my fan community!
