State of the Fic!
I am still alive. Here's what's happening with me:
* Still working diligently on the My Master's House 'verse. eldritchhobbit has been providing feedback on characterization, and jaune_chat has been helping me murder board. Er. I mean, plot. The upshot is that the next installment (all 19,000 words of it) should be posted sometime next week.
* My Sherlock Season Two soundtrack arrived today! Thanks Amazon UK! It's thus far highly improved my day at work. I especially enjoy the Scandal in Belgravia music.
* I'm slowly working my way through the Benedict Cumberbatch back catalog, and I have to say I quite enjoyed Amazing Grace. I don't know why I like people in powdered wigs behaving badly, but I do.
* I'm meditating on my sherlock_remix assignment (my remixee has great stuff from which to choose!), but I haven't gotten to the stage of actually writing anything yet.
* I just signed up for one of my favorite challenges of the year, Remix Redux! It's the 10th Anniversary! Sign-ups are open through March 12th, so scurry on over and sign-up. You need five 500-word stories in a qualifying fandom to play. This year I'm eligible in Star Trek and Sherlock BBC, though I offered to write in Sherlock Holmes (movies and books) as well. I love remix time!
* I am in the "wait and see what happens" stage for grad school admission. You can tell because I'm distracting myself with fandom!
