Similarly to Lily/James fics, a fair amount of good Sirius/Remus fics can be found at thegreatbreak/UR.org. Unfortunately, I tend not to read the other ships as a matter of course, but I do have the following suggestion: if you go to the homepage of livejournal, there is a search option. Type the ships there, and make sure that "Interest" is selected before clicking search. That will give you a list of the communities that are interested in those ships and you should be able to find some fic there. Also, there are many newsletters on livejournal that are devoted to ships, characters, "best in the fandom", uncommon pairings, etc.

quibbler_report is devoted to unusual ships, hogwarts_today is general Harry Potter fandom, daily_snitch is also general Harry Potter fandom (I follow those three). In addition, you can find websites and forums devoted to practically any ship if you search (even google shows a lot). I'm not really all that familiar with the pairings you listed, unfortunately.

My last suggestion is to check out www.fictionalley.org. Like fanfiction.net (which is the biggest fanfiction website out there, just not necessarily the biggest Harry Potter fanfiction website), they have a very wide range of stories (both in terms of genres, pairings, and, unfortunately quality). It's very hard to find quality fic on fanfiction.net, but I think it's a bit easier at FA.org.

As to the long Lily/James epics to rec, that is hard. I do recommend reading Outward Appearances by starvinbohemian" (she doesn't post it on her journal, but I think she has the link there). That story is the one that originally turned me onto Lily/James. Also, try Silly Love Songs by _thirty2flavors. She hasn't updated it recently, but there are quite a few chapters up, and that one is posted on her livejournal (I think). Also, definitely check out the unknowableroom.org. Many, many of my favorite Lily/James stories are found there. Unfortunately, I'm still working through computer issues, so I don't have any of the links available.

As for FA.org, I'm afraid that I don't look there very often unless I'm following a specific link, so I'm afraid I can't be more help. Sorry :(
