I won't be doing this very often- I want to keep this journal strictly a writing/graphics journal, but anyway, I feel guilty, and I think that I should give you an explanation as to why things are a bit slow on the journal. I'm a high school senior, and I'm currently in the middle of filling out all sorts of applications and such. I'm also trying to finish writing my Scrivenshaft entry (which is due in THREE days, and I've only really just figured out what I'm going to write). I also have a couple of shorter pieces that I put on the back burner to get out chapter one of Butterfly Seasons that I'm trying to finish (so, you know, I have something nice to show admissions people). I will, however, start posting drabble-type things here, just so I can pretend to myself that I'm actually still writing. They probably will be very nonsensical, but hopefully enjoyable.
Anyway, that's it. I wanted to give you an update as to why you haven't seen chapter 2 of Butterfly Seasons (and why I haven't made much progress on it, sadly). I will probably be putting up a slew of challenge icons soon, so you can look forward to that. And you can admire the pretty new layout, which I got from teneraestnox, found at tendergraphics and freelayouts, but had to spend several hours making it fit here :D
