wait.
Not much to report. Did as little as possible today. I had a long list of "shoulds," but this week has been hectic, tomorrow will be crazy, and I deserve a break. I guess. Since we last fixed the fence, we've been letting Sasha at it under close supervision, and though he is diligently and systematically working away at it, it looks like he might not get through. That would be good. Because the next step would be something electronic, and I neither want to spend the money, nor shock my dog. Particularly.
It's warmer! I usually prefer cold weather, but this old house is a real pain to heat. It has central heating, but the old doors and windows are like sieves. Yesterday, even though the heat was on all day, it never got over 65F. After a while, you get sort of numb. And have to stay in bed under the flannel sheets and down comforter.
Oh, and we watched Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Even though I'm not as crazy about the whole thing as I once was, it's still pretty good fun, and I still always cry at the end of the movie. Cedric! And Viktor Krum was a good deal more studly than I imagined him from the book. Go Hermione!
And tomorrow night is BSG, and from all appearances, the ultimate episode for Kara/Lee shippers. Although I have been spoiled sufficiently to not get my hopes up too much, I'm still looking forward to it, and am still foolishly optimistic.
cold,
