Sure, this team may have been formed by the front office and sports agents instead of the players' own free will, but they're probably the most bromantic team out there.
Video one: Rondo, done with his national TV interview, affectionately messing with Paul in his local market interview. LOL.
Video two: Paul coldly refusing to respond to a reporter bringing up Mike D'Antoni's comments on Rondo playing in Minnesota. He would have had enough to make a case to rebut it (like that Rondo-less spell in December when the Celtics suffered), but he chose not to dignify D'Antoni's line. I can't get what Rondo mumbles Rondo says, "That's one man's opinion," but you can see a tiny smile creak on the corner of his mouth. I love it. <3

- Yes, I am surprised, because I didn't expect anyone to own an 8-0 record against any team in a year. That said, I don't see it anyway as a sign that it'll be easy the rest of the way.
- I caught a few scenes from the last episode of The Association: Boston Celtics before I left for work this morning. I still haven't started the penultimate episode, the one that tackles the Perk trade.
a.) I can't completely hate Big Baby. His kid is absolutely adorable! ...Well, that, and he's a Celtic too. LOL.
b.) Finally, they get around to Paul's story. Goodness, I wanted to cry and hug my TV through it. His right eye, where I know he has a scar, keeps twitching while he talks about his stabbing. (I probably watch too much Lie to Me.) And there, he answers the question I asked
a few entries back-and he would want to live his life all over again, "the exact same route". Now, excuse me while I grab a few more tissues....
I sure hope they compile all the episodes and the hilarious deleted scenes into the championship Blu-ray set. ^_^
- Since, I can barely hit contested shots over my much bigger brothers (let alone beat them with my first step), yesterday, my brother practiced me doing the Ray Allen-esque play of using off-ball movement then running past a screen to gain an opening for a catch-and-shoot. HOLY HELL IT'S TIRING. A few minutes later, my shots were going way off target, because I was exhausted. And Ray-Ray does that practically all game long, he's usually the starter logging the most minutes on the floor...and he barely sweats to boot. It's scary.
- Thinking of getting a pair of custom-made jeans instead of one off the racks. The last pair of jeans I bought was a cheap (but comfy) pair at Forever 21 back in 2009 (!), and I've lost a bit more inches and weight since then. I have more loose pairs of pants than I have wearable ones. I tried giving my old loose clothes to our helper, or having Pie sell them at her family's garage sales, but I still have more to clear out.
- ...But I'll do that once I've stopped buying anything off a group-buying site. It's also a bit of a trend here in the Philippines. I'm proud to say that all my group-buying purchases are premeditated-they've always been something I've always considered doing, instead of buying anything on a whim. So far, I've bought diamond peels, Barre 3 classes, and discount vouchers at my one of my dad's
favorite restaurants for his upcoming birthday (that was very timely, indeed, for a cheapskate like me!).
- Got our cinema account loaded up so we can watch Thor this weekend. And The King's Speech will finally be showing here in a few weeks.
Want: A massage, but not on a weekday. It's not as relaxing when I know I have to go to work the next day
Need: To use hair conditioner. I keep forgetting.
Miss: High heels
Love, worship, lust: Paul Pierce
Hate: How hot it's gotten this week. It's officially summer in this part of the world.
