un bon jour

today. let me tell you about the day that i'm having. wake up, take a shower go to french. normal. okay. so i come home, relax, eat breakfast. i then went to get my oil changed. while waiting, i finished two level three sudokus. level three. wow. that's impressive. ha. no. but, i was pleased with myself. then, i go and pay for it. the guy tells me my oil and transmission fluid are leaking and i should get them looked at but other than that, my car was in good shape. i don't know how much of a problem leaking is, but, it's nice to hear your car is doing well.

go home.

i check the mail. see, everyday, i check the mail. i wouldn't normally do this, but i'm expecting something. i'm expecting anything from the college of education. if they got my stuff, if i'm accepted, denied, anything. okay, so i open the mail box and there are two things: oliver needs a check-up and college of education letter. ah! i go inside go to my room and decide not to open it for while. i think, " i should call ashley, and we can open our letters at the same time. that's a good idea." it didn't last long. i held the letter up and pressed on the envelope to see if i could see anything. i read the word "happy" and tore the letter open. i'm accepted! woooo.

college of education, here i come.

next, some background. I took a physics test yesterday. it was a multiple choice test, however sad that might be for some people, which means scantron. "the grades should be up soon." i told myself i would check the curve distribution before i check my grade. you know, to see how the class did as a whole. you understand. i went to the physics homepage so many times. no update. no update. i gave in and decided to go to icon to see if anything was posted about test. course home: no news. grades? i decided to click on grades. 24/25. what? oh my gosh. last test, i got an 18/25. a horrible grade. a grade that i'm not used to getting. i was totally bummed out because i did not want a b- in a gen ed. so, i studied by butt off for like two weeks and it totally paid off. wow. i'm stoked.

and tonight, i maybe am going out with sarah for her ra's b-day. sounds like a party!

good day, huh?
