funny how things work out
today on a whim rachel and i decided that we wanted to go down to mystic rather than up to the cape, considering an important key to the cap plan resided in brooklyn (lame!) but anyways after practice we met up hit up the consignment shop in hope valley, kind of messy and junky no order, everything juxtaposed with everything else, made me crazy, i just wanted to tidy up, but some decent things though
we made our way down to mystic by the aquarium and the seaport, we had vague directions to guide us to some antique shop that might not even exist, and actually we never did find the antique shop that we set out for, but never-the-less we found other places to go instead
but this is all a lead up to what the whole point of the story was, i was hungry like usual, and pratty was thirsty, which indicates that lunch was in order, we went down some side street found a place that sold sandwiches, nice ones too, and fine and exotic teas, which also looked really good, but i'm poor and could not afford to try any of the teas, :*( poor me ha, but while we were waiting around for our sandwiches to be ready, this young girl, tall, blond hair, walks into the store says hi to man who worked there, went behind the counter looks directly at us, says hi to us and then walks out, mean while i'm just starring at her, cause she looks SO familiar, and then i realized it was marlena kurko, only after she had walked out of the store! who i haven't seen since she left high school sophomore year!!! i was so curious i wanted to talk to her, see how she has been, but i didn't get a chance
but yes, just funny that we saw somebody that we had gone to school with since the good old days at richmond and suddenly left and supposedly went to butler, at a side street tea and sandwich shop in mystic connecticut , it was cool though
oh and i got my pictures back, and i do in fact have a crooked eye, yes darton was right, it's definitely crooked, haha but that just better supports the whole childhood paralysis theory, cause my mouth is also crooked on that side
